Friday 9/30 – FIRST MIDTERM

// Before class

  • Review all of the sections we have covered in class to this point. Figure out what your weaknesses are and fix them. Figure out what you don’t know yet and figure those things out. Find other people to study with!
  • Make sure that you’ve completed at least the minimum amount of homework nad notes for each section, and that your Notebook contains information that will be helpful to you. Remember, no loose papers or photocopies of anything allowed; everything must be hand-written by you directly into the Notebook.

// During class

  • Midterm time. Good luck, you can do this!
  • You will be able to use your Notebook for the last 10 minutes of the exam period.

// After class

  • The midterm is over, but the class goes on… read BOTH Section 1.4 and Section 1.5 over the weekend.  I will make Monday’s Daily Quiz somewhat challenging to make sure that you have actually done this reading and taken notes.
